Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the mobile game Juice Bar Sort (Android package com.webstei.juicebarsort, "the game"), made by English.are ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or playing the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Who can play

Juice Bar Sort is made for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please read these Terms with a parent or guardian.

2. Your license to play

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, including its code, graphics, levels, sounds, music and name, belongs to English.are or its licensors. The fonts in the game are used under the SIL Open Font License.

3. What you may not do

• Copy, modify, sell, rent, or distribute the game, or any part of it.
• Reverse engineer or decompile the game, except where the law allows it.
• Use cheats, bots, or tools that change the game or interfere with it or with its ads.
• Click ads on purpose to generate fake views or clicks, or take part in any ad fraud.
• Use the game in any way that breaks the law.

4. Coins and in-game items

Coins, glasses, juice bars, boosters and other in-game items are virtual. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and can only be used inside the game. The game has no in-app purchases.

5. Your progress

Your progress is saved only on your device. If you uninstall the game, clear its data, or change devices, your progress may be lost, and we cannot restore it.

6. Ads

The game is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are always optional: the reward is given only after the ad is watched to the end, and ads may not always be available. We do not control the content of ads, and any dealings you have with advertisers are between you and them. Our Privacy Policy explains how ads use data.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change, or stop the game or any of its features at any time. The game, or some of its features, may sometimes be unavailable.

8. No warranty

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, English.are is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Ending these Terms

These Terms apply for as long as you use the game. You can stop at any time by uninstalling it. If you break these Terms, your license to play ends.

11. Google Play

If you got the game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your use of Google Play.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
