Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Juice Bar Sort (Android package com.webstei.juicebarsort, "the game") and this website (juicebarsort.pages.dev) handle information. The game is made by English.are ("we", "us"). You can contact us at english.aree@gmail.com.

1. Information stored on your device

The game saves your progress and settings (level, coins, unlocked glasses and juice bars, boosters, and your music, sound and vibration settings) in the app's storage on your device. This data is not sent to us. It is removed when you clear the game's data or uninstall the game.

2. Information we collect

We do not run servers for the game and we do not collect personal information ourselves. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message, and we use them only to reply to you.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC (and Google Ireland Limited for users in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland). The game shows interstitial ads between levels and rewarded ads that you choose to watch for an in-game reward. To serve these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK inside the game may collect and process:

• Device identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID
• Your IP address, which can be used to estimate your general location
• Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, language and app version
• Ad interactions, such as ad views, clicks and video plays
• Diagnostic information about ad performance and errors

Google uses this information to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and, where you allow it, show personalized ads. Ads in the game are limited to content suitable for a PG audience.

4. Your consent and choices

• EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland: when you first open the game, a consent message from Google's consent platform asks for your choice about personalized ads and the use of your device data. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the game: Settings → Privacy choices.
• United States: depending on your state, you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or of targeted advertising. Where these laws apply, you can opt out through the privacy message shown in the game, through Settings → Privacy choices, or by contacting us.
• Everyone: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device). You can manage ad personalization at My Ad Center.

5. Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share information with anyone other than what the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects as described above.

6. Children

Juice Bar Sort is a puzzle game for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information (for example by email), contact us and we will delete it.

7. Keeping and deleting data

• Game data on your device: you can delete it at any time by clearing the game's storage or uninstalling the game.
• Emails: we keep them only as long as needed to answer you, and we delete them sooner if you ask.
• Data collected by Google: kept under Google's own policies. You can reset your advertising ID and manage your choices as described in section 4.

Because the game has no accounts and we keep no player data on our side, there is nothing for us to delete, but you can always email us with any request.

8. Security

Information sent by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. Your game progress stays on your device.

9. International transfers

Google may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States, using its own legal safeguards.

10. Your rights (EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland)

We rely on your consent for personalized ads and for storing or reading information on your device. If you do not consent, Google may still show limited or non-personalized ads, for example for fraud prevention and ad measurement, as described in Google's policies. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Since we hold no player data ourselves, most requests concern data held by Google, and we will help you with them.

11. App permissions

The game uses internet access to load ads, and the advertising ID permission used by the Google Mobile Ads SDK. It does not ask for access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos or location.

12. This website

This website has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no ads. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
